Over the past few years, we have been diligently monitoring our system and constantly seeking ways to enhance its user-friendliness for your convenience. We are happy to see that many of you have embraced the app, and we appreciate your continued support and feedback.
However, we have noticed that a significant number of you prefer to respond via email rather than inputting information directly into the system. We understand that there are two primary reasons for this preference: the desire to keep freight charges and related information secure and within your control, and the simple convenience of handling these matters through email.
Rest assured, it has never been our intention to capture any information exchanged between members. We recognize the convenience of obtaining and replying to quotes via email or through your own systems. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that we are simplifying the quotation system. You will now be able to enter the details and send out your requests to a total of five agents in a city, (an increase of two additional members). These agents will receive your quote request details by email and will be able to reply directly to you without the need to copy us.
The core purpose of our quotation system has always been to facilitate the process of finding agents in the market you operate in, and to standardize the quote system to prevent any issues during or after the shipment process. We believe this new approach will significantly improve the efficiency and speed of sending and receiving quotes.
We must also caution that any agents found to be spamming or attempting to benchmark rates will be removed if we are notified. However, you still have the option to use the block agent button available in your system to manage such situations.
