WCAworld expands global reach with launch of WCAworld China International Logistics conference

WCAworld has announced a major evolution of one of the industry’s longest-running events, as the SINO Conference officially transitions into the WCAworld China International Logistics.

For more than two decades, the SINO Conference has been a key fixture in the global logistics calendar, bringing together freight forwarders and logistics professionals with a strong focus on China. Now, as the event returns to Shanghai on 20–23 June 2026 for its 22nd edition, this transformation marks a significant step forward both in scale and ambition.

The move reflects WCAworld’s commitment to opening the event to a broader international audience, while strengthening its position as a truly global platform. As the organisation behind the largest freight forwarding conference network in the world, WCAworld will run the WCAworld China International Logistics event in parallel with its other global conferences, bringing the same level of quality, structure and opportunity that attendees expect from WCA events anywhere in the world.

At the same time, this expansion will place a stronger spotlight on China, creating new opportunities for both Chinese logistics companies looking to connect globally, and international forwarders seeking reliable, high-quality partners within the Chinese market.

The long-standing partnership with the China International Freight Forwarders Association (CIFA) remains a central pillar of the event, ensuring strong local engagement and continued alignment with the Chinese logistics community.

Importantly, the WCAworld China International Conference remains open to the entire industry. Companies do not need to be WCAworld members to attend - making it one of the few large-scale, high-quality networking events in China accessible to all logistics providers.

With a proven format built on structured One-on-One meetings, high-level networking and long-term partnership development, attendees can expect the same level of organisation, productivity and return on time that has made WCAworld conferences the benchmark for the industry.

As global supply chains continue to evolve, the WCAworld China International Logistics event offers a timely and powerful platform - connecting China with the world, and the world with China.

Dan March WCAworld CEO says “We’re revamping the conference, not just changing the name, to raise the bar – bringing more of the right partners into the room, especially from China, while presenting the same standards and experience that define every WCAworld event.”

Chairman of WCAworld, David Yokeum added “When we started the SINO conference over twenty years ago, we were one of the first to bring international logistics networking into the country and many of our members have enjoyed fruitful business as a result. These changes allow us to keep that impetus going for the next twenty years and drive even more partnerships in the industry.”
