Conference Recap and WCA Projects Best Partners

WCA Projects held our annual conference in Amsterdam from May 13-15 with 112 attendees, including many new members since our 2019 conference. The meeting dates were chosen close to Breakbulk Europe in Rotterdam so that members could get in a full week of networking in one trip.

The conference started with a lively canal cruise tour followed by the opening cocktail, giving many people time to get acquainted. The opening session on Saturday included member introductions and network discussion, followed by lunch and a full afternoon of One-on-One meetings. The awards dinner the same evening was a great time to ‘let loose’ out after the long Covid lockdowns where 2021 Best Project Partner awards were given out to happy recipients. Sunday was a full day of One-on-One meetings to end the conference.

• Best Partner North America - MLTi Logistics
• Best Partner Middle East - Polaris Shipping Agencies (not attending)

We are working on the 2023 Projects conference location and plan to hold the next meeting prior to Breakbulk Europe 2023 (June 6-8).
